A question about coaching, a Gravel ride, a Neuro-Safety talk for your club?
Before you write
Answers to the most common questions, to start off on the right foot.
You send me your completed training sessions (email or Garmin/Polar platform), I analyse them and adjust your programme every two weeks based on your progress, your fatigue and your personal constraints.
It depends on the package you choose (Analysis, Programme, or Programme + Strength) and the length of commitment (6, 12 or 18 months) — full details, by discipline, are on the Coaching page.
Bank transfer, Wero or cheque.
French, English and Slovenian.
Yes — the coaching adapts to your actual level, not some theoretical average. For complete beginners or children, on-site coaching or the "no more training wheels" camp are excellent starting points.
Based in Peypin (Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur), I cover a 15 km radius. Beyond that, we can confirm feasibility directly by talking it through together.
Expect 6 to 8 weeks to feel a really meaningful improvement.
Absolutely. We talk it through together, I give you my opinion, and you choose the package that best matches what you're looking for.
Yes, a one-month trial period (paid), which lets you step back if you decide not to continue — rather than committing straight away to a longer term.
Yes, that's exactly the point of remote coaching: the programme adapts to your schedule and your current fatigue level.
You write via the form below or by phone/email, telling me about your goals — I get back to you so we can discuss the format that suits you best.
Yes, each discipline has its own pricing and specific content, detailed on the Coaching page.
A slight winter weight gain is normal, and even useful against the cold — it comes off naturally in spring. The key is not to stop everything at once: keeping up some regular activity, even reduced, avoids starting from zero in March. That's exactly what the Programme + Strength package works on during the off-season.
No, never. You ease back in gradually — a few short rides in the first two weeks, then we build structure step by step. Most cyclists regain a decent base within 6 to 8 weeks of regular training. The initial assessment is precisely there to adjust the pace to your actual condition, not some theoretical average.
That's exactly one of the roles of coaching: short, varied sessions, a clear goal to give each ride purpose, and someone waiting for you if you drop off. Personal motivation runs out fast in winter — consistency is easier to maintain with a plan and an outside eye.
Two to three sessions a week are enough to maintain and build a solid base — winter isn't about volume, it's about consistency. Cyclists who reach spring with several weeks of regular base training find the season's fitness build-up much easier.
A turbo trainer (with or without a power meter) is enough for most structured indoor work — no need for high-end gear to get started. We'll discuss it together based on your budget and what you already have.
