E-MTB

E-MTB Coaching

Cyclist on an e-mountain bike, backpack, in the woods

Enduro and e-MTB: become more explosive, more powerful, and use 100% of your e-mountain bike's potential.

Handle your bike better, gain reactivity, ride confidently and safely.

Real potential

Electric assistance changes the game: it lets you ride longer, tackle more climbing, and repeat technical sections without being drained by the climb — a real lever for progress, including getting back into the sport or riding in mixed-level groups.

Specific constraints

An e-MTB weighs 8 to 10 kg more than a regular MTB: braking, weight transfer, descending lines — everything changes. The motor also changes how the bike reacts on acceleration, especially exiting corners or on technical climbs — not to mention battery range to factor into your route.

My role

Helping you master these specifics so you can use the machine's full potential, without falling into its traps.

How does it work in practice?

A check-in every two weeks or every month, by video call: I answer your questions in real time, we dig into things, move forward, cover every topic and iron out the friction for steady, mindful progress. Every month ends with real gains, step by step towards your goals.

Long-distance Brevets

Long-distance Brevets Coaching

Solo cyclist overlooking the Gorges du Verdon, long-distance ride

For cyclists aiming for a Paris-Brest-Paris type event or any other Super Randonneur brevet (200, 300, 400, 600 km): a complete preparation over a minimum of 9 to 12 months, going beyond a remote training plan — a real on-site assessment upfront, and support on topics specific to long distance that few coaches really address: sleep, position held over dozens of hours, and managing qualifying brevets.

Package9 months12 months
A — Follow-up & BRM€890€1,190
B — Dedicated programme€1,290€1,690
C — Programme + Full support€1,690€2,290

A — Follow-up & BRM

€890 / 1,190

  • Monthly training plan, adapted to the 4 qualifying brevets (200/300/400/600 km).
  • Analysis of rides and brevets completed.
  • Advice on sleep management and recovery.

B — Dedicated programme

€1,290 / 1,690

  • Detailed weekly plan, structured by phase (foundation, development, specific, taper).
  • Close follow-up every two weeks, adjustments based on brevets completed and unexpected events.
  • 1 on-site coaching session upfront, in Peypin or nearby: position, wasteful movements, initial adjustments — travel to me is at your expense, depending on distance.

C — Programme + Full support

€1,690 / 2,290

  • In-depth on-site assessment, over 3 sessions in Peypin or nearby: biomechanics, equipment adjustments, referral to a health professional if needed — travel to me at your expense, depending on distance.
  • Night rides and full sleep management (micro-naps, 2-day/2-night simulation).
  • Long-duration nutrition strategy, mandatory equipment checklist, remote support during the event.

A qualifying 200 km BRM takes place in Aubagne — no need to travel to northern France to qualify.
